- 1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after full payment is received.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and timelines will be communicated in advance.
- 2. Delivery Time
- Delivery duration depends on the shipping location:
- Within India: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)
- 3. Courier Partners
- We ship through trusted partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and other reliable courier services.
- A tracking number will be shared once the order is shipped, so you can track your parcel online.
- 4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on select orders within India (based on minimum order value).
- International shipping charges will be calculated and shared with the customer before dispatch.
- 5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- All items are securely packed. However, in case of damage, we request customers to record a video while unboxing the parcel.
- If the parcel is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.
- 6. Incorrect Address
- Kap Jewels is not responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
